On March 2, it was learned that at the end of last year, the Tianning Human Resources Market introduced a mental health evaluation system for the purpose of improving job-matchmaking efficiency. This measurement system contains a total of 65 multiple choice questions, covering six aspects, i.e. cognition, emotion, conscious behavior, physical symptoms, social interaction, and self-defense.
Currently, the system is being recognized and accepted by more and more companies and job seekers. Within just three months, more than 20 enterprises have used this system and evaluated over 120 appliers, and the response is very good.
