On June 13, Mayor Fei Gaoyun met with the delegation headed by Chen Tianqing, president of AeroJones Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., in the Administration Center.
Fei said Changzhou has an excellent industrial foundation in intelligent equipment manufacturing, and the Aviation Industrial Park of Changzhou has already settled a number of high-quality companies; meanwhile, the 1,720-square kilometer-large controlled airspace less than 3,000 meters long has been approved for general aviation, which lays a good foundation for the city’s general aviation industry. He hoped that AeroJones would cooperate with Changzhou in the development of modern services like private aviation aircraft, flight training, flight sightseeing, etc.
Chen said Changzhou had a great advantage in the development of the general aviation industry and related leisure and tourism industry, and he looked forward to start cooperation with Changzhou as soon as possible.
Headquartered in Central Taiwan Science Park, AeroJones is mainly engaged in manufacturing ultra-light aircraft and helicopters, and is now planning to set up technical support centers in China to provide perfect after-sales service in the Asia-Pacific region.
