Faced with the complicated macroeconomic situation, the municipal government introduced the Approaches to Management of Special Funds for Implementation of the" Trinity" Development Strategy to Promote the Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Enterprises in August this year. More than 200 enterprises have benefited from this policy in the past four months.
Starting from this year, subsidies of 600 million yuan per year will be allocated for three consecutive years in three ways, namely, "the purchase of equipment, the demonstration of machinery automation, and the first sets of major equipment and key components", to support innovative companies and projects in the "10 major industrial chains of Changzhou, the Double Hundred Action Plan, and the Ten, Hundred and Thousand Projects”.
Up to now, 229 projects of 212 enterprises have received financial support from this initiative with a total amount of 198 million yuan as for the first batch of subsidies. The second batch of subsidies will be initiated after the New Year, and the deadline for application is to the end of February 2015.
