On July 18, 2012, the Opening Ceremony of China (Changzhou) Graphene Industry Development Forum & the Signing Ceremony of the Graphene Technology Park was held in Jiangnan Institute of Graphene. At the opening ceremony, the four specialized laboratories of the Institute were officially established, and the program of Jiangsu (Changzhou) Institute of Graphene was initiated. Wujin District Government signed a contract in partnership with Changzhou Science and Technology Industrial Park of Graphene, and five companies both from U.S. and China signed agreements to settle in the industrial park.
