On Jan 30, the China-South Africa Vocational Education Cooperation & Technical Talents Cultivation Conference was held in Changzhou. This event was sponsored by the People-to People Exchange Center of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and was organized by Changzhou College of Information Technology (CCIT).
Mr. Du Kewei, director of the People-to People Exchange Center, Mr. Tang Yizhi, director of the Central Vocational Education Evaluation Center, Mr. Wang Chengbin, deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, Mr. Xu Guanghui, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, Dr. Patel, director of the Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector Education and Training Authority (MerSETA), Mr. Wayne Adams, Chief Operations Officer of merSETA, Ms. Ester van der Linde, Executive Corporate Services Executive of merSETA, and Dr. Lu Zhilei, director of the Chinese Culture and International Education Exchange Center in South Africa, attended the conference.
The China-South Africa Talent Cultivation Agreement and CCIT-Bozhon College Cooperation Agreement were signed at the opening ceremony.
