Changzhou Shunfeng Photovoltaic Material Co. Ltd. recently was granted the Chinese legal person business license for foreign-funded enterprise in Wujing district administration service centre. It is the first foreign capital acquisition project with the foreign capital of about USD 15 million.
Changzhou Shunfeng Photovoltaic Material Co. Ltd. is a wholly-owned Corporate Domestic Enterprises in Wujing district and engaged in manufacture of solar photovoltaic material. In this project the New Capability limited (BVI Company) became Shunfeng’s foreign shareholder by subscribing Shunfeng's increased capital of RMB 100 million. At the same time the original Chinese shareholder Changzhou Shunfeng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. also increased its investment of RMB 110 million.
