On September 2nd, Shanghai Yupei (Group) Co., Ltd. and Changzhou National Hi-tech District (CND) signed a cooperation agreement to build an e-commerce industrial park in Changzhou Aviation Industrial Park with an investment of $ 300 million.
Yupei Group is a private company specialized in the development, operation and management of logistics warehousing facilities. It has set up 60 logistics parks and e-commerce centers throughout the country, with main partners like Bosch and Siemens, Ting-Hsin International, Coca-Cola, Germany, BMW, Alibaba, Jingdong, Suning, Jumei, Xiaomi, Sinotrans, Toll Global Express, S.F. Express, etc.
The e-commerce industrial park to be built in Changzhou is jointly invested by Yupei Group and The Carlyle Group, which will set up their own e-commerce companies and e-logistics platform with functions like warehousing, logistics, billing center, distribution center, etc.
