Recently, the program of Jiangsu Zhongguancun Smart Park has been selected into the provincial PPP Project Library.
The project plans to adopt the BOT model ("Build-Operate-Transfer") with the total investment of 420 million RMB, collaboratively invested by public investors appointed by Liyang Municipal Government and private investors elected legally.
The project aims to create the "national smart model of city-industry integration" and the "international science & technology highland led by innovation".
