In 2021, all the nine companies with postdoctoral research stations in Zhonglou district have been rated excellent or good in the annual research station performance review, according to the evaluation results recently released by Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.
Among them, Changchai Co., Ltd., Changzhou Architectural Research Institute Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Noah's Ark Aquiculture Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Hualian Health Dressing Co., Ltd. achieved excellence in the development of their postdoctoral research stations.
In addition, Changzhou Architectural Research Institute and Changzhou Hualian Health Dressing were praised for recruiting two or more postdoctoral fellows during the year.
In 2021, Zhonglou had a total of 22 full-time postdoctoral fellows on-site at the district’s postdoctoral research stations, nine of whom were newly recruited, hitting a record high.
This year, Zhonglou will continuously encourage local enterprises to discover, nurture and retain high-caliber scientists and engineers in the process of promoting scientific and technological innovation.
