On December 5th, it was informed that the 12th China Chrysanthemum Exhibition recently closed in Jingmen, Hubei Province. Changzhou Municipal Gardening and Greening Management Bureau participated in the exhibition with more than 8,000 pots/plants and over 300 varieties of chrysanthemum, and bagged 17 awards, a record-breaking number.
Changzhou is one of the birthplaces of chrysanthemum. Mahang, Wujin has 100-year history of growing Chrysanthemum. In the exhibition, the Changzhou booth adopted traditional garden landscaping techniques in the South of Yangtze River, combined with ecological land layout, created a classic scenic spot with chrysanthemum as the main element. The visitors were full of praise.
In the exhibition, Changzhou won a grand award, four gold awards, seven silver awards and five bronze awards.
