On March 9th, Xu Guanghui, member of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPC and secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Changzhou Science & Education Town, headed a delegation of the Town to Shanghai and visited Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment Corporation, Shengda’s cloud service platform, and Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The delegation presented Changzhou’s preferable environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as the good foundation of carrying out UNISPAR programs.
In the afternoon, Xu witnessed the signing ceremony of the research and development center co-established by the Institutes of Intelligent Science and Technology Application Research, Jiang Su and Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISTAR) and the Changzhou Center of Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
