Recently, the results of Jiangsu Habitat Award were announced. Among the nine winning projects, the "building energy efficiency and green building demonstration project of Jiangsu Urban and Rural Construction College" was selected from Changzhou.
In recent years, Jiangsu Urban and Rural Construction College has been exploring the full life-cycle management of green campus and has constantly improved the quality of campus environment. With the goal of establishing a green campus, the college is the only green building and building energy efficiency model campus in the province.
The winning project for Jiangsu Habitat Award will improve the "green campus" plan in all aspects, particularly in energy conservation and comprehensive utilization. The implementation of this project is not only a concrete practice of the country’s green development strategy, but also a beneficial exploration to enhance the energy efficiency of buildings.
