On November 25, Tianning District Government and Haobai Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement in Shenzhen to build a 5G science and technology innovation center in the district. Liang Yibo, deputy mayor of Changzhou, attended the signing ceremony.
The center, with a planned investment of 1 billion yuan, will be shaped into an industrial park in Tianning, focusing on 5G-related equipment and technology applications. At the same time, Haobai Investment will introduce into the park the leading 5G enterprises such as Shenzhen Chengteng, Shenzhen Chuangyang, Shanghai Shengnai, Shenzhen Yulong, Nanjing Yutai, Wuxi Juwei, etc.
In Changzhou, the Tianning district has taken the lead in launching 5G applications based on autonomous driving, and is now exploring the 5G application scenarios and business models, as well as more possibilities for the integration of 5G and the Industrial Internet.
It is reported that after the center is put into operation, its annual sales are expected to reach 3 billion yuan.
