During the week-long National Day holiday that ended on October 7, a total of 3.8806 million visits were received in tourist attractions across the city, and tourism revenue amounted to 3.665 billion yuan, up 1.75 and 7.01 percent from the same period in 2020.
The city’s three 5A tourist attractions, namely the Universal Dinosaur Town, Tianmu Lake Tourist Resort, and Spring and Autumn Scenic Spot, altogether received 1.3095 million visitors, representing 89.23 percent of 2019’s number. Their tourism revenue totaled 179 million yuan, regaining 92.66 percent of that earned in 2019.
Changzhou’s comprehensive administrative law enforcement in the culture market paid over 300 inspection visits to the city’s tourist attractions, guaranteeing stable market operation during the holiday.
