Recently, Jiangsu Jingxue Insulation Technology Co., Ltd. officially got listed on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE), the 77th Changzhou-based enterprise that has gone public.
Li Lin, vice mayor of Changzhou Municipal People’s Government and secretary of the CPC Wujin District Committee, attended the company’s listing ceremony for initial public offering (IPO) and delivered a speech.
Incorporated in 1993, Jiangsu Jingxue Insulation Technology is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the research, development, design, production, and sales of energy-saving and insulation materials used in cold storage enclosure systems. As a leading supplier of solutions to energy-saving enclosure systems in cold storage, it provides a complete range of services, including design, production, installment, and maintenance.
The company issued 27 million shares at 7.83 yuan per share in its IPO on June 18, raising 211 million yuan for its energy-saving insulation board project, an R&D center for enclosure systems and new materials, and increasing working capital.
