On the afternoon of August 3rd, Mayor Ding Chun met with the delegation headed by Mr. Loh Tuck Wai, Consul-General of the Consulate General of Singapore in Shanghai.
Ding introduced the relevant situation in Changzhou, hoping to strengthen the all-round exchange between Singapore and Changzhou in economic development, social management and other areas, in order to achieve win-win cooperation.
By the end of 2016, a total of 250 Singaporean investment enterprises have successfully registered in Changzhou. They are mainly involved in food, chemical, metal smelting, machinery and equipment, electronics and other sectors.
Vice Mayor Fang Guoqiang and Secretary-general Hang Yong were present.
During the stay in Changzhou, Loh Tuck Wai and his delegation visited the City Planning Hall, Changzhou Super Food Co., Ltd., Changzhou Creative Industries Park, Tianning Temple and Tianning Pagoda, and Qianhuang Senior High School.
