Recently, Jiangnan Institute of Graphene signed a contract with the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology, in order to further develop graphene material science, technology transfer and talent cultivation through joint efforts.
Wang Chengbin, deputy mayor of Changhzou, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.
Over the past years, Changzhou has become the cluster and incubator of global graphene research and development. Up to now, the institute has incubated over 30 enterprises involved in the fabrication, equipment and applications of graphene such as the sixth element, two-dimensional carbon, etc. In addition, it has constructed 12 labs and analysis & testing centers, and has applied for 130 patents. Furthermore, the institute has signed horizontal agreement with over 10 corporations.
