Recently, Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau released the Funded Projects of Sports Industry in Jiangsu Province 2013, and 123 projects received 80 million yuan of development funding. Among them, Changzhou’s 13 programs receive a total of 8 million yuan of funds, the number of which ranks fourth in the province. The funding objects include large stadiums and fitness center, renovation and expansion of sports and fitness venues, brand fitness services chain, promotion of youth and amateur sports training programs, and so on.
Between 2011 and 2012, Changzhou’s 18 projects received a total of over 11 million yuan funding.
