On the morning of August 13, a delegation of teachers led by CECE, New Taipei City, Taiwan visited Changzhou. More than 30 local primary school principals and teacher representatives visited the Juqianjie Primary School, investigated the integration of modern campus and traditional culture, and discussed with representatives of Changzhou’s primary and secondary school principals the development of basic education.
During the visit, Juqianjie Primary School signed a memorandum of exchange and cooperation with CECE. The two sides will conduct more academic visits and student exchange activities in the future, and jointly hold cross-strait academic seminars to promote common development of basic education on both sides.
According to incomplete statistics, in the basic education stage, there are 10 primary and secondary schools in Changzhou which have established friendly relations with schools in Taiwan.
