Recently, the application of Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd. for establishing Almaden (Middle East and North Africa) Co., Ltd. in Dubai has received official approval from the Ministry of Commerce of China. This project, with a total investment of 20 million U.S. Dollars, is another important step of Almaden after the merger of SolarMax Technology Co., Ltd., and the establishment of a branch in Germany and an office in Japan.
Almaden (Middle East and North Africa) Co., Ltd. will focus on the production and sales of BIPV ultrathin double glass module and accessories, the sales of energy-saving lighting module and microelectronics glass, and the design, development, investment, construction and management of solar power station.
Almaden is the first high-tech enterprise specializing in the development and production of anti-reflective coated solar glass in China. In 2013, the revenue of Almaden exceeded 700 million yuan. In the first half of 2014, the company’s revenue has surpassed 400 million yuan, an increase of 51.21%.
