It is learned from a survey on New First-tier Cities in Talent Attraction published by CBNweekly on August 6th that Changzhou ranks 16th in the list.
The cities attracting more talents can provide more job opportunities as well as more comfortable and convenient living conditions.
In the survey, CBNweekly made the city rankings from the perspective of talent attraction based on the list of New First-tier Cities 2013.
The final report was made after a survey on approximately 500 new employees in each city, of which the key elements of talent attraction are divided to eight indexes, namely, talent pool, salary, job opportunities, environment, social security, living cost, recreation, and shopping. The top 20 of new first-tier cities of talent attraction are Wuxi, Dalian, Chengdu, Suzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Chongqing Changchun, Shenyang, Kunming, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Dongguan, Ningbo, Changzhou, Foshan, Tianjin, Zhuhai, and Wuhan.
