Recognized as the class-I open port last year, Changzhou International Airport has been gradually adding overseas routes. Starting from September, the Airport will open air route to Japan for the first time, add new waypoint in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and reopen the route to Jeju, South Korea.
The air route between Changzhou and Nagoya, Japan will be officially opened on September 27th. The flight operated by the Chunqiu Airlines flies every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
The route to South Korea which has been closed for more than two months due to the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome outbreak will be reopened in September. The flight operated by Korean Air flies between Changzhou and Jeju, South Korea every Wednesday and Saturday.
About Cross-strait routes, following Taipei and Taichung, starting from September 16th, Taiwan's China Airlines will add a flight between Kaohsiung and Changzhou, available early Wednesday and Saturday.
