2012 London International Book Fair was opened in London Earls Court Exhibition Center on April 16, 2012. “First Encounter Changzhou” and “Changzhou Through the Lenses” were wonderful debuted, which were highly praised by many English readers. “First Encounter Changzhou” is a travelogue book collecting the works of foreign writers and photographers. “Changzhou Through the Lenses” is a album of photographic works by foreign photographers reflecting Changzhou’s scenes.
In recent years, Changzhou’s publicity department actively explored the new modern publicity channel and wished to attract more attention around the world. In addition, the joining of foreign writers and photographers creates the unique perspective easier for foreigners to understand Changzhou.
