It’s reported from Wujin on July 8th that in the first half of the year 55 foreign-funded projects were newly launched in Wujin, and the paid-in foreign capital reached 439 million U.S. Dollars, a year-on-year increase of 16.8%.
The headquarters economy led by investment companies has kept growing. The newly committed amount of foreign investment reached 126 million dollars. 23 enterprises realized the increase in capital and share, among which the Joint Photovoltaic (Changzhou) Investment Co., Ltd. achieved committed amount of foreign investment of 127,000,000 dollars. In key projects, there are five projects each with over 30 million dollars of foreign capital. Siemens, Bombardier and some other Fortune 500 companies also enhanced their effort in investment and cooperation.
