Recently, the Red Cross Society of Jiangsu has approved the project of Jintan Red Cross Life Experience Center after a field investigation.
The Center will be located in Changzhou Social Practice Base for Juveniles in Huashan, Jintan, which is going to be the first one in Jiangsu.
The project covers an area of 600 square meters and is divided into three areas respectively for knowledge popularization, skills training and interactive experience.
In the interactive experience area, natural disasters like earthquakes and fires as well as emergencies like gas leakage and traffic accidents will be simulated through high-technology means. The participants can learn from professional trainers and practice how to save themselves and help each other in such situations.
