In a significant collaboration, Li Auto and the Party School of the CPC Wujin District Committee unveiled plans for their joint project, the Li Auto Changzhou Training Base. The signing ceremony, held on the morning of April 3, marks a pivotal step toward cultivating a distinguished talent pool in the new energy vehicle (NEV) sector and exploring innovative pathways for integration within Wujin's economic and social fabric.
Li Auto's rapid ascent to the forefront of the NEV industry, securing the top spot in vehicle deliveries in 2023, underscores its status as China's highest-valued entrant among the newly listed Fortune Global 500 companies. As the sole new entrant from the automotive sector, the company's remarkable rise highlights the pressing need for advanced talent development strategies.
In response to these demands, both entities have committed to a multifaceted approach, focusing on the strategic imperative of NEV talent. This initiative will establish three key training bases: the Li Auto Changzhou Training Base, the Li Auto Youth Talent Training Base, and the Li Auto Cadre Leadership Training Base. These dedicated facilities, staffed by expert teams, will pioneer innovative methodologies and pedagogies to foster a sustainable ecosystem for talent education and training in the NEV industry.
