On June 27, Cai Xisheng, member of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Affairs Office and vice chairman of Jiangsu People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (JSPAFFC), and Zhou Weidong, secretary general of JSPAFFC, led a four-member delegation to Changzhou and visited Rieter (China) Textile Instruments Co., Ltd. in the China-Switzerland (Changzhou) Industrial Cooperation Park.
Rieter has supplied machines to China for more than 80 years and is among the recognized market leaders in the sector of components, machines and systems for the short-staple yarns. Its headquarter is placed in Changzhou, including the manufacturing plant and Technology SpinCenter. Rieter’s main fields of business activity are textile technology, product development, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales, services and support.
Sima Shuanglong, deputy director of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and vice chairman of Changzhou People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, accompanied the delegation.
