The State Council recently issued the Approval on Adding Changzhou, Jiangsu into the National Historical and Cultural Cities as approved and signed by Premier Li Keqiang.
According to the Approval, Changzhou has a long history and rich cultural heritage, distinctive heritage conservation districts, and well-preserved urban structure in the traditional style, which gives the city great historical and cultural value.
