On March 16, Changzhou held the 2017 University (College) Cooperation Roundtable to prepare for this year’s "5.18" Fair (China Changzhou Advanced Manufacturing Technology Achievements Fair). Representatives of approximately 70 colleges and universities across the country, including Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Nanjing University, Southeast University, and so on, attended the conference.
According to reports, this year’s "5.18" Fair will focus on the five themes of "collaborative industrial innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship, international scientific and technological cooperation, innovative talent introduction, and technology service improvement”. More than 50 activities will be held during the Fair, including investment promotions, exhibitions, match-making seminars, signing ceremonies, groundbreaking ceremonies, etc. Among them, regarding the 10 major industrial chains, over 10 match-making seminars will be held on special topics, such as Changzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the opening ceremony of Sino-German Intelligence and Innovation Park, and many more.
