On August 30, Zotye Auto of the Tech-New Group and Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changzhou Economic Development Zone. Mayor Ding Chun attended the event and delivered a speech.
Ding Chun said that the strategic cooperation between Zotye Auto and Jiangnan Bank is a good start of the alliance between bank and enterprise, as well as a symbol of the extension of Tech-New's industrial chain to Changzhou. He hoped that the two sides will take this cooperation as a link to deepen pragmatic cooperation and jointly make greater contributions to the high-quality development of Changzhou's economy. He urged all departments at all levels in the city to provide precise and meticulous services for project construction and enterprise development, so that the project will be completed and put into operation as soon as possible.
Tech-New Group is a well-known high-tech private enterprise engaged in industrial investment, research, development, production and sales of automobiles and auto parts. Zotye Auto is a subsidiary of Tech-New and one of the earliest companies in China to deploy new energy vehicles. According to the agreement, Jiangnan Bank will provide Zotye Auto with comprehensive financial service solutions and external financial support through the financing credit, account management and settlement, bill management, transaction banking, investment banking and other channels.
Before the signing ceremony, Kuntai Group, a subsidiary of Tech-New Group, held a product launch conference and released the first product since the project was put into production -- the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission prototype DCT350A. In November last year, the core component project of Kuntai’s vehicle system with a total investment of 10.4 billion yuan was settled in Changzhou Economic Development Zone.
